The Harrison Apartments

Royal Oak, MI

Built in 2016, the conversion of a former lumberyard into luxury lofts in Royal Oak, Michigan. The project includes 75 luxury units, from garden units to 2 story mezzanine options. Each unit has high-end finishes, 16’-20’ ceilings, stainless steel appliances and private courtyards. The building is also equipped with a full range of hotel-quality services and amenities from a fitness center, sun deck, sky lounge and concierges. The Harrison offers an unparalleled standard of living in Metro-Detroit.

Lofts On 9

Ferndale, MI

Lofts on 9 was completed in autumn of 2008. Originally a 36 unit loft condo building, the 4th completed project in roughly 4 years. The project combined 5,700 square feet of retail with 42,000 net residential square feet.

Center Street Lofts

Royal Oak, MI

Center Street Lofts was completed in 2007. A 5 story, 19 unit boutique loft condo building located next door to our 2nd project (Main Street Lofts) and a block from the corner of Main Street and 11 Mile Road in Royal Oak, Michigan. The project marked the 3rd of 4 similar projects the partnership would complete in 4 years. The project was a strict condo development mixing 1 story 12’ ceiling units with 2 story, 22’ ceiling units as well as a small number of penthouse terrace units. The entire project was raised over its parking deck and totaled roughly 45,000 gross square feet with roughly 30,500 net sellable square feet.

Main Street Lofts

Royal Oak, MI

Main Street Lofts was completed in 2006. A 4 Story, 22 unit boutique loft condo building located at the corner of Main Street and 11 Mile Road in Royal Oak, Michigan. The project was the 2nd of 4 similar projects the partnership would complete in 4 years. The idea with this project was to capitalize on our early timing with the first project and beat the next competitors to market but in a better location with higher sales/foot. The project was a strict condo development mixing 1 story 12 foot ceiling units with 2 stories and 22 foot ceiling units. The entire project was raised over its parking deck and totaled roughly 52,000 gross square feet with roughly 37,000 net sellable square feet.

Troy Street Lofts

Royal Oak, MI

Troy Street Lofts was completed in 2005. A 4 story, 18 unit boutique loft condo building located at the corner of Troy Street and 7th Street in Royal Oak, Michigan. The project was the 1st of 4 similar projects the partnership would complete in 4 years. The idea with this project was to bring high-end, modern designed lofts with a walkable lifestyle including restaurants and night-life. With relatively no direct competition at the time we began construction and easy buyer financing the project was a success. The project was a strict condo development mixing 1 story 12 foot ceiling units with 2 story 22 foot ceiling units. The entire project was raised over its parking deck and totaled roughly 43,000 gross square feet with roughly 30,000 net sellable square feet.

Wabeek Condominiums

Bloomfield Hills, MI

During the mid 1980’s, Wolfson built 32 modern-designed white condos in North Wabeek. Each condo is approximately 2500 square feet (80,000 gross square feet). Which is still a very sought after condo development.

CRAGIN

Bloomfield Hills, MI

During the 1970s this was the first home that Robert Wolfson designed, while living in it himself. This project was born out of a desire to create something that he could not find anywhere else on the marketplace. When the home was finally finished, someone drove by and offered to buy it. "How about I build you another one," Robert replied. This was the inception of Robert's career as a designer, developer, and builder.

Imagination the Americas

Dearborn, MI

Based on design relationships we made during residential loft projects, Wolfson was hired as a project and design consultant for Imagination the Americas, Inc. in their effort to find, design, lease and build-out their new North American corporate headquarters. A global design and display company providing trade show services to global fortune 500 companies, needed a larger and better designed space. A space that held more true to its design asthetics and more accurately portrayed the necessary image to its largest client, Ford Motor Company. As such, Wolfson was hired to find their new space, pair their designers with our architects, negotiate the terms of their lease, and complete the 90 day build-out of their tenant improvements.

IRS

Farmington Hills, MI

Completed in early 2002, Wolfson built a 40,000 square foot center for the local IRS audit headquarters. IRS became the anchor tenant with 20,000 square feet. The rest of the space was divided between a real estate firm and mortgage company.

Country Club Drive

Farmington Hills, MI

Completed in 2001, Wolfson built a 55,000 square foot center with tenants including a large corporate travel agency representing Dow Chemical and an Insurance Company.

ENCO/Sundance

Southfield,  MI

This 25,000 square foot building that was originally built by Wolfson in the mid 80’s

Completed in 1996, Wolfson built a 50,000 square foot center at Northwestern and Southfield Rd.

Hamilton Miller Hudson & Fayne

Southfield,  MI

This building has 40,000 square feet in office space. Was also built in the mid 80’s.

Wolfson designed, developed and built 45,000 square feet of office space and was built in the early 90’s.

JARC

Farmington Hills, MI

The building is 38,000 square feet and was designed, developed and built in the early 90’s.
